School head worries over plans for flats

PLANS for the two giant blocks of flats in Chatham are being attacked by the head teacher of a school next door to the proposed site.

Staff and parents at New Road Primary fear disruption during the building and intrusion or accidents when they're completed.

The closest wall to the children could be just nine feet away.
